Coś się często psuje ostatnio ten soft.

Przy rozliczeniu w późnej fazie, żetony też są brane pod uwagę przy podziale puli.

ta fajnie tylko że jak Cie nie przeniesie do innego stołu to możesz grac i mieć dużo żetonów bo turnieje nie stoją.

np mam finałowy stolik i tylko jedna osoba nie ma sit outa ciekawe kto wygra

A wiesz może co z turniejami które trwają normalnie bo połowa ludzi gra a połowa się blinduje? Będą anulowane? W jaki sposób rozliczą graczy?

Mam pytanie a co z darmowymi turniejami? Grałem 100k Deposit Freeroll czy jakoś tam, ten turniej co się bilety dostaje za wpłatę;p Niby za darmo, ale szkoda żeby przepadł.

wlasnie ciekawi mnie to jak oni to rozwiaza bo ja niemam w ogole sitoutow i kradne zetony na zmiane z osobami co nie maja sitoutow rowniez.

Nie zachowujcie się, jakby to był "Czarny Wtorek" i poczekajcie na jakiś komunikat

I assume you are more than aware of the crush of Pokerstars servers. My question is,however, how are u going to make it up to me? I've had about 12-15 tournaments running and i have been deep in most of them. I start my session with about 30 tournaments and at some point i stop opening them concentrating on the remaining ones. I have been playing 2,5$ 180T sng's and the payout structure of those tournaments makes it totally unacceptable for me to be granted only the cost of tournament buy-ins i have left while disconnecting. In about 3-5 tournaments i have been close to being a chipleader and in 1 particular I have had an overwhelming advantage over the rest after winning a 100bb pot. Therefore, i demand a full refund of all the tournaments buy-ins i have played after 15:30 central european time and at least 200$ compensation.

I couldnt log in to my account so i contact you via email i have used during registration.

create accounts, review their cashier, amongst others. We are reviewing the
situation and we hope to have this fixed shortly.

We will be considering refunds for materially affected players. "Materially
affected" means you missed a considerable number of hands and lost a
significant portion of your chip stack due to blinds and antes. If you
believe you were materially affected by this issue, please email us with the
following subject line:

"REFUND: T#_________, $X+Y, User ID"

Where "________" is the Tournament ID, "X+Y" is the buy-in of the
tournament, and "USERID" is your PokerStars User ID.

For example, "REFUND: T#123456780, $20 + 2, KidJoker"

For multiple tournament refund requests, please note additional tournaments
in the text of your email. For example:

T#123456780, $20 + 2
T#123456781, $10 + 1,
T#123456782, $50 + 5
etc.

If you do not know the Tournament ID, you can find it in the PokerStars
software using the playing audit feature (if it does not work at this
moment, you can review it later on when the issue has been resolved). From
the PokerStars Lobby screen, select:

'Requests -> Playing History Audit...'

Please also be aware that your refund request may take a few days to be
processed.

to oznacza, że zamiast zrobić coś mądrego i np. spisać id wybrałeś opcje wyżalania się na forum

powinni odrazu po awari zastopowac gre na calym sofcie i by nie bylo problemow a nie ze niektorzy graja a inni patrza :/
