Dear PokerStars Player,

You are receiving this mail because you participated in Tournament
#169968151, the "Sunday 1/4 Million", which began on June 14th at 15:30 ET.

Due to an error with the tournament, 81 players who registered for the
tournament were unable to play, even though the system considered them -
internally - as still part of the tournament. They were listed in the
lobby, even though they were never seated in the tournament. This resulted
in incorrect seating arrangements, and player bust-outs being recorded (and
paid) incorrectly.

To resolve this error, we are taking the following actions:

1. Refund the $11 buy-in to the 81 players who entered but were unable to play.
2. Adjust the prizes for all of the players who should receive more money.
3. For the remaining 175 players roll the tournament forward based on the
chip counts at the time when the tournament was paused.

In your specific case, the effect this error had was that your finish in the
tournament was 81 positions below what it should have been.

You have received a credit to your PokerStars account to reflect the change
in your prize. To see the amount, please go to the Cashier window and click
the 'History' button. The credit you received will be shown as an ADMIN CREDIT.

We would like to thank our players for their patience while we worked to
resolve this matter, and again apologize for any inconvenience caused.

All the best,

Bryan S.
