Hello Michal,
I am sorry to hear you are experiencing trouble.
1) Delete the audit.ini file in c:\programfiles(x86)\pokerstars\Audit-files\ (also check c:\users\username\appdata\local\pokerstars folder to make sure it's not there as well. You will need to show system and hidden files. See this tutorial for showing system and hidden files:
http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/832/How+are+Hidden+Files+Viewed+in+Windows%3F+ )
2) Start HM2. Save the log file to a folder on your desktop (change the name of the file to logafter1.txt
3) Delete the audit.ini file again. Follow these steps:
1) Close both Hold'em Manager 2 and PokerStars clients.
2) Download configuration file from our website: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/audit-files.zip
3) Extract downloaded file and copy audit-files.ini to a location where PokerStars is installed (eg. C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerStars)
4) Now start both Hold'em Manager 2 and PokerStars and Zoom HUD should start working.
Note:
If PokerStars client doesnt start when using downloaded .ini file, please manually create these 2 folders before starting PokerStars client: C:\Pokerstars\Audit-files\
If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1921/How+Do+I+Send+a+Log+File+to+Holdem+Manager+Support%3F
