Jak zobaczyłem nazwę wątku to od razu pomyślałem, że chodzi o "przemysł", tylko jaki przemysł? Polecam stosować polskie znaki diakrytyczne 
a ja że przemyśl- w sensie przemyśl, zanim wpłacisz pieniądze np. na 770 (ostatnio gorący temat)

przyjechal wczesniej na euro zeby sie zabawic. ustawcie sie na HU 100/200 i niszcz!

We would pay ~200zl for one direction and 450zl if he drives us back to Przemysl ~5hours later!

Sorry, cant help if Im not there. Could ask some people but it doesnt make sense imo. I assume you are going to GER-POR match? If so, take the train from Przemysl to Lviv, polish DB is planning to put some extra trains, coming to Lviv 3 hours before the match, and leaving about 1,5h after the end (sorry no links in english and schedule is not exact yet, prolly a bit too early). It will for sure cost less and should be also more fun.
Alternative is - take a bus to Medyka, go through the boarded on foot (takes like 10 mins now, should be faster during EURO), take a minibus, cab etc just after the boarder. Im 100% sure the will be plenty of opportunities to get cheap and on time there during EURO.
Also I dont know how much time do you have, but would suggest staying atleast a day in Lviv, nice city to do some sightseeing, drinking etc.
