It's for my grand-mothers funeral who grew up in Poland, so it would be great if anyone could help me.

it's perfect until ....tak i na ziemi, but the part after that ( chleba naszego.........) is kind of hard for me to understand. I don't speak polish, so I would need something, where I could learn how to pronounce it.
also please post or send me your screenname, if you post something, so I can send the money!
